Important: At Snera, every saree is handwoven by skilled artisans and carefully quality-checked before dispatch. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect size selection. Returns are accepted only in genuine cases of damage or quality defects.
1 Our Return Philosophy
Handloom sarees are one-of-a-kind pieces — each carries slight natural variations in weave, texture, and colour that are part of their handmade character and not considered defects. These variations reflect the authenticity of handcrafted work and are not grounds for a return.
We stand firmly behind the quality of every saree we ship. If you receive a product that is genuinely damaged, has a weaving defect, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right — no questions asked.
2 What Can and Cannot Be Returned
Eligible for Return
- Saree received with a visible tear or physical damage
- Significant weaving defect that affects wearability
- Wrong item delivered (different product than ordered)
- Saree received in a colour or fabric clearly different from what was shown
- Blouse piece missing when listed as included
Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect size or draping style chosen by customer
- Minor colour variation due to screen display differences
- Natural texture or weave variations inherent to handlooms
- Product already used, washed, or altered
- Return request raised after 48 hours of delivery
3 Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Once this window has passed, we will not be able to process a return regardless of the reason.
To initiate a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and packed in its original packaging.
4 How to Raise a Return Request
Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the damage or defect as soon as you receive the package. Photos must show the issue clearly on a flat surface in good lighting.
Contact Us Within 48 Hours
Reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 91049 67695 or email hello@snera.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and the photographs.
Await Approval
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. We may ask for additional photos or information if needed. Approved returns will receive a pickup confirmation.
Pack and Hand Over
Pack the saree securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Our logistics partner will pick it up from your address at no cost to you.
Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5 Exchanges
We do not offer size or colour exchanges. If you are unsure about a product before ordering, we encourage you to reach out to us on WhatsApp — we are happy to share detailed photos, fabric swatches, and measurement guidance before you place your order.
6 Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
- For UPI and wallet payments, refunds typically reflect within 2–3 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
